Wrap n Rolla was created out of a passion for good food and the vibrant culture of rollerskating events.
Founded by:
Menelek Waterton, a professional chef, and Georgia Bradshaw, a West End performer, who met in school and have been together for 13 years. As equal directors of the company, Menelek serves as the Head Chef, overseeing the daily operations, while Georgia, the operations manager, focuses on exploring new business ventures and offsite events.
Where we began:
Wrap n Rolla was born from the opportunity to take over and convert a vintage caravan next to BUMP Rollerdisco in Bristol. At its core, our goal was to offer Caribbean fusion food that is simple, easy to eat, and packed with flavor. With our Caribbean backgrounds, we knew Jerk Chicken had to be a signature element in our wraps and Loaded Fries.
What we've achieved:
In just a year, we have rapidly grown the company, successfully running two sites simultaneously throughout the spring and summer seasons. We take pride in the fact that we have never done an event without being invited back.

Food
At Wrap n Rolla, we prioritize sourcing ingredients from local food vendors and fruit and vegetable suppliers. High-quality ingredients are essential to us, crafted with love to deliver fresh, well-seasoned food to the community. We didn't realize before opening how popular our Jerk Fries would become in Bristol, and we are eager to bring that same excitement to London through our private catering services.
