Wrap n Rolla was created out of the love of good food and rollerskating.
Founded by:
Menelek Waterton (a professional Chef) and Georgia Bradshaw (West end performer) who met in school and have been together for 13 years. Both as equal Directors in the company, Menelek is the Head Chef and focuses on the daily running of the business while Georgia is the operations manager and focuses on finding new business ventures and offsite events.
Where we began:
Wrap n rolla was born after being given an opportunity to take over and convert a vintage caravan next to BUMP Rollerdisco in Bristol. In its essence they wanted food that was simple, easy to eat and punched a wild amount of flavour. Being from Carribean backgrounds and growing up with Caribbean food Jerk Chicken was a must have in one of Wrap n Rollas signature wraps and Loaded Fries.
What we've achieved:
We have managed to grow the company quickly within a year. We have had two sites running at the same time throughout the spring and summer season.
We are proud to say so far we have never done an event that we haven't been asked back to.
Mission:
Our mission at Wrap n Rolla is to provide healthy, delicious, and accessible food to the community of London and the UK.
Food
At Wrap n Rolla we try to get ingredients from local food vendors and fruit and veg suppliers. High quality ingredients are really important, simply made with love, providing fresh, well seasoned food for the community. We didn't know before opening that our Jerk Fries would be such a thing in Bristol, so we would love to bring that rush of excitement to London.
